.Good Health is a central part of human happy life In case if you are ill ,you can not help others and also seeks for help from others.You can not participate in your routine work.Let suppose you are and you had a plan to go out for playing but you can not go because of sickness.This illness can be happen because of changing weather or any virus and many other factors can make you ill.
